*All WaterPark patrons must familiarise themselves with the regulations as posted. Purchase of the entrance ticket implies the acceptance and total compliance of the rules. The entrance ticket is non-transferable and no refund is given for non acceptance or compliance of the park rules. Persons violating any Water Park rules whether written or oral will be subject to eviction WITHOUT REFUND.

*The Management retains the right to alter current regulations, and to enforce new rules as necessary.

*In the case of lightning and/or thunder in the area we reserve the right to close the park. The park will re open when and if the technical and metrological conditions permit.

NO REFUND OR RAIN CHECK WILL BE GIVEN.

*Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

*All young children must be accompanied in this park at all times. If they cannot swim water wings or adequate life jacket should be used and they must remain in pools where they can stand. Very small children must wear swim nappies.

*You may enter small sandwiches, cakes, fruit etc but you may not enter a full picnic or any food items that require cutlery. Plastic bottles may be entered, but cans and glass bottles and  items are not permitted.

*No alcohol may be entered into this aquapark.

*Suitable swimwear must be worn in the pools and on the slides.

*No drinking, smoking or eating is allowed in the pools or slides.

*Please do not move the tables or sun beds.

*For your safety the slides have height and age restrictions: aquatube and open green slide 1.1m, waveslide 1.2m. Additional conditions are displayed at the entrance of each slide. IMPORTANT : refer to adjacent notice

**Admission to the pool may be refused to any person having any contagious (or infectious) condition or disease.

*Please ensure that any sunscreen is well rubbed in before entering the pools or using the slides. You must have a shower before entering the pool.

*The slides and pools will close 15 mins before the closure time of the park.

*Los usuarios de este  aquapark deben leer todos estas normas antes de entrar. La compra del ticket de entrada conlleva la aceptación y observación de todas estas normas. No hay devolución del ticket de entrada por no respetar u observar las normas. Cualquier persona que no respeta las normas, siendo escritas u orales será expulsada SIN DERECHO DE DEVOLUCION. 

*Reservamos el derecho de modificar las normas e introducir nuevas como veamos necesario.

*En el caso de tormenta fuerte con o sin rayo reservamos el derecho de cerrar el parque. Se abrirá cuando y si las condiciones meteorológicas y técnicas lo permitan.

*NO HAY DEVOLUCION DE LA ENTRADA POR MOTIVOS DE LLUVIA.

*Niños menores de 14 años deben ser acompañados por un adulto responsable.

*Niños pequeños deben ser acompañados a todos momentos dentro este parque. Si no saben nadar deberán llevar algún medio de flotación (manguitos, chaleco) y permanecer en lugares de la piscina que hacen pie. Niños muy pequeños deberán llevar pañales de agua.

*La entrada de bocadillos, fruta, pasteles esta permitida pero un picnic completo o cualquier comida que necesita cubiertos esta prohibido. Esta permitido la entrada de botellas de plástico, pero latas y cualquier artículo de cristal esta totalmente prohibido.

*No se permite la entrada de alcohol.

*Esta prohibido nadar o utilizar los toboganes con ropa de calle.

*Prohibido comer, fumar o beber dentro la zona de baño.

*Se ruega no mover ni las mesas ni las hamacas.

*Por seguridad los toboganes disponen de condiciones de uso y restricciones de edad y altura.Tubos 1,1m, wavecoaster 1,2m. Consultar

*Hay que ducharse antes de entrar la piscina y quitar cremas solares.

* Los toboganes y piscinas cerraran 15 minutos antes que la hora de cierre del parque.
